We've moved personnel from transport to other work.
Used to transport parts to the assembly line. The top of the cart is flat for convenience in placement of parts, and height and shape have been modified as appropriate. Parts required for assembly are retrieved from multiple parts racks, and supplied to the assembly line.

Automated transport to the warehouse has brought significant benefits.
MCATs tow flat and box pallet carts automatically to the warehouse. MCAT and cart are connected via a coupling pin. Automatic shutters in the path detect arrival of the MCAT with sensors, and open and close automatically.

A first in small and maneuverable AGVs
This MCAT is used as a crawling-type towing vehicle. The low height allows it to move under the cart and raise a towing pin from below to catch the cart for towing. When the MCAT arrives at a station, the pin is lowered automatically, and the MCAT moves to the next job, leaving the cart behind.

Convenient for towing standard hand pallets.
The MCAT tows hand pallets stacked with product boxes. Automatic shutters located in the path to the warehouse are opened and closed automatically when detected by the MCAT arrival sensor.

Handy AGVs for large pallets.
The MCAT supplies printing materials to printing machines. The printing materials are loaded on 1500mm square pallets, and the MCAT delivers these pallets from the materials storage area to printing machine supply stations. Requests for delivery of materials are sent from printing machine stations by radio, and appropriate materials delivered by MCAT.

Customer modifies MCAT for use as an automatically detachable towed cart.
The primary feature of the MCAT is the automatic release of the towing hook when the destination is reached. The MCAT does not stop at the station, but tows the cart efficiently to the specified location.
